Held quarterly in Rome, The Archive is a private session designed for chefs, stylists, and makers who want their work documented in its purest form. The space is minimal, the light is natural, and the process is focused. Each participant is given a dedicated time slot to prepare and present their dishes. I photograph them with the same editorial clarity I bring to campaign work framing process, plating, and presence in equal measure. This is not a commercial shoot. It’s a record of craft.

Collection Delivery

Every element of the session is intentional. From light selection to visual continuity, I construct a body of work that holds editorial precision and cultural weight. The Archive is designed for chefs and creatives who value structured, purposeful documentation where visual clarity, consistency, and authorship lead every frame.

— we pack light, but shoot heavy.

On the day of the session, I arrive ahead of time to assess light conditions, composition flow, and spatial elements. I make calculated decisions based on editorial framing and visual tone preparing the set without ever interfering with the food or its preparation.

Each subject is photographed with minimal disruption. I work alone, with no crew, no staging, and no shared time slots. Sessions are conducted one-on-one, with all focus on timing, gesture, and authentic presentation. I document in available light, with precise control over visual consistency.

Quiet Shoot Execution

After the session, I complete all post-production in-house. The final collection is reviewed, curated, and prepared for delivery within 10 days. Files are provided in high-resolution, ready for print, portfolio, or press licensed for editorial and brand application.

 Creative Setup & Light Study

Before a single frame is shot, we establish the context. I speak directly with each participant to define the visual goal what’s being documented, who it’s for, and where the work will live. This stage determines direction and anchors the work in purpose.

Booking With Intention

the RECORDED

“I didn’t expect to feel emotional seeing our gallery. But I did.”
Renzo’s process is immersive, intelligent, and respectful. We thought we were booking a visual update for our brand. What we received was a form of documentation that revealed our own legacy to us—what we built, how we work, what we mean. It’s a service, yes—but it feels more like being seen.

05⁰ N
Mexico City, Mexico

— Elena Ruiz, Restaurante Madre

“This was the first time I saw our work reflected back with the same level of intentionality we put into it.”
As a product design team working at the intersection of food and art, we’ve worked with a lot of photographers but this felt different. Renzo approached our studio as though it were a living exhibit. His calm precision, editorial framing, and sharp understanding of visual language made our small team feel like we were part of something far more enduring.

04⁰ N
Los Angeles, USA

 — Alix Romero, Founder, Dry Season Studios

“I’ve never seen our work photographed with this level of cultural awareness.”
There’s a sensitivity in how Renzo approaches food that is rare to find. He never interfered with the rhythm of our kitchen, but he noticed everything the pauses, the tools, the touch of the hand. His work gave our restaurant a new kind of visibility, one that isn’t about marketing, but about presence. It’s the kind of work you archive, not promote.

03⁰ N
Mexico City, Mexico

— Kaito Nomura, Chef & Founder, Sakuraji

— Livia Montecchiari, Chef, Osteria Nativa

01⁰ N
Rome, Italt

“It was unlike any other photography experience we’ve ever had.”
Renzo didn’t come to document a dish he came to understand it. He asked questions no photographer had asked before, about sourcing, preparation, even the emotional reasoning behind plating choices. The result was a visual translation of our process that felt shockingly accurate. Every image looked like it belonged in a monograph, not a portfolio. It raised the value of our work, visually and culturally.

— Julien Cavet, Creative Director, CAVET Atelier

02⁰ N
Paris, France

“There’s a discipline to the way Renzo works. It made us feel like we were building something permanent.”
This was not a shoot, it was a collaboration. He brought a clarity that reframed our vision not by changing anything, but by making the right things visible. The structure of the session, the quietness of the studio, and the sharp precision of his direction gave us images that felt like final statements. He didn’t just capture our craft, he authored it.

The Offerings was created for those who understand the weight of their work and the value of recording it with purpose. Whether for press, portfolio, or legacy, these commissions offer more than imagery they establish authorship.

With structured visual clarity and editorial precision, your contribution to culinary culture is captured in a format that speaks before you do, and continues speaking long after.
